Osman Nayeem (born: May 21, 2000), better known online as Chief Ozzy, specializes in gaming videos. He is well known for playing Clash of Clans, which is his main focus. Osman has been slowly growing over the years with unrelenting passion and devotion to making Clash of Clans content.

The channel is mainly operated by Osman himself with absolutely no help from any outside source. His friends may occasionally help him make a video or give him ideas on what videos he should make next. He has more than 100+ comments on his channel from his audience. He started his YouTube career on his main channel on December 31st, 2016, at the age of 16.

People often ask what inspired Osman to become a YouTuber in the first place. Osman has been using YouTube since his sophomore year of high school. Osman always loved watching YouTube videos and found many entertaining creators. Two YouTubers inspired him to become a YouTuber himself. The first one was MrBeast and the second one was Corpse Husband. Osman was amazed by how these two content creators changed people's lives and helped them drastically improve their overall lifestyle. From that moment, Osman decided that he would become an influencer on YouTube. However, his passion for becoming a Youtuber was still burning hot.

Personality:

Osman has an ESTP personality type (Entrepreneurs). He tends to be on the competitive side, often assuming that a competitive mindset is a necessity in order to achieve success in life. With his driven, action-oriented attitude, he rarely wastes time thinking about the past. In fact, he excels at keeping his attention rooted in the present – so much so that he rarely finds himself fixated on the time throughout the day. Theory, abstract concepts, and plodding discussions about global issues and their implications don’t keep ESTP personalities like Osman interested for too long. He keeps his conversations energetic, with a good dose of intelligence, but he likes to talk about what is – or better yet, to just go out and do it. He often leaps before he looks, fixing his mistakes as he goes rather than sitting idle and preparing contingencies and escape clauses.

YouTube Career:

Osman uploaded his first-ever video to his main channel called "Kirby and the Amazing Mirror All Boss Fights: King Golem Boss/Ep 1," which hardly got any views at all. After about 24 hours of not getting any views on his first video, Osman knew that getting his videos to be found on YouTube would be a nightmare. Today, his most popular video is called "Clash of Clans Walkthrough: TOWN HALL 7 PACK Episode 56". It has over thousands of views. After a few days of being on YouTube and uploading Kirby videos, Osman decided that his main niche for his channel would be Clash of Clans. He had started playing the game back in 2013 but then took a long break after being burned out from trying to recover his rushed base. In January 2017, Osman began making clash of clans videos on his computer. He didn't have a phone at that time, nor did he have recording software that would capture unlimited amounts of gameplay, such as OBS. Osman was also limited to making 10-minute videos max since he didn't have a license for his recording software. And he used a program called BlueStacks to play Clash of Clans on his computer, but the program itself put a significant strain on his computer since it would slow down his PC a lot. With all these limitations and setbacks, Osman worked with what he had to grow his channel.

Osman began spreading the word about his channel by sharing it with his friends on Discord, who then began promoting it through their social media. Many of his friends subscribed to his channel and liked some of his videos. His blogging videos are really what got most of his friend’s attention. Some of them did suggest that Osman should do reaction videos; Osman did post some reaction videos but then quickly deleted them after a few days when he discovered that the reaction videos violate copyright laws on YouTube. Osman sticks to making his own original content, not wanting the risk of channel termination or getting sued in court.

Throughout 2017, Osman tried to post as much as he could on his channel. His high school work would often interfere with his uploading schedule. He made 42 Clash of Clans videos when suddenly his laptop died unexpectedly one early morning in August. Osman desperately attempts to start up his computer again. But it was no use the computer was fried because of a virus attack. All the data, including his clash of clans’ progress, was permanently lost. Osman realized that unless he found something else to substitute for content besides the clash of clans, his channel would be in dead waters. For three weeks, he couldn’t post a single video due to his laptop being destroyed. Let alone it took that much time to get a new one as well. Osman had no money, no microphone, no video editing software or photo, and no person to do a collab with. All he had at this current time was another junk laptop that he had gotten as a replacement. For the next few years, Osman began posting other gaming videos with nothing to do with his niche on YouTube. Little did he know that establishing a Niche was the first step to growing a YouTube Channel correctly.

In October 2017, Osman got together with his high school friends and went to a nearby Taco Bell restaurant. There he filmed a food review video where he ate a burrito and give his opinions on it. His friend was recording on his phone while Osman ate and spoke in the video. There were a few other friends with him as well but were out of the camera view. Soon after posting the video to his channel, it gained more than hundreds of views and quickly became one of the most popular videos on Osman's channel.

In 2018, YouTube had changed its monetization requirements which Osman did not meet at the time. He was shortly evicted from the program. Accepting the change, Osman decided to move on from the new monetization rules and decided that one day he will be able to re-enter the program when the conditions have been met. Osman had over 200 subscribers on his channel now, and his high school career was coming to an end. So in March 2018, Osman posted a video on his main channel called "What Will Happen To This Channel After I Graduate High School?" where he discusses his future plans for his track after graduating high school. On April 1st, 2018, Osman made a prank video where he faked giving someone a swirly in his school. The video got insane reactions, and people expressed to him how funny it was. It was around this time that his family had discovered his YouTube channel, the video that they liked in particular of his was the one where he discussed his plans after high school. In August 2018, Osman finally got a part-time job which allowed him to make money from home. With the money he earned, he decided that this was the golden opportunity to upgrade his recording equipment and finally overcome the limitations he had been suffering from for so long. He purchased a Blue Yeti Microphone, a video editing software, photo editing software and got a license for his recording software, allowing him to record for unlimited time.

In November 2019, Osman decided that he would officially resume making clash of clan's content on his channel. Osman purchased a license for Airserver, a mirror software that would allow him to show his gameplay on the computer from his phone. Osman resumes his niche on his channel and begins pumping out more than hundreds of clash of clans videos to catch up in the game and make up for all the time he had spent on other non-related content. In 2020 Osman had over 300 subscribers on his channel and is now working his way to the next milestone; YouTube has announced a new type of video that can now be made on the platform. This kind of video was known as "Shorts" videos. Osman took advantage of this new feature and began posting shorts videos on his channel, which was a tremendous success. These shorts videos were less then 60 seconds long and had a traffic source of their own on YouTube. Knowing that he was the only person posting shorts of clans of clans, Osman gained massive attraction in his shorts videos and has had multiple videos get more than hundreds of views. There were some shorts however, that did fail though, but he knew not all hope was lost. Osman has not been able to Livestream on his channel, not even once. His computer could not withstand the pressure that came from live streaming. Plus, whenever he tried to Livestream Clash of Clans or any other game, his Livestream would become highly choppy, and lots of lagging was showing. Osman plans to buy a more powerful computer that could withstand live streaming without experiencing any lagging.

In March 2023 Osman buys a new separate computer dedicated solely to just making YouTube videos. This allowed him to separate his school work from his YouTube business. He also brought a storage device unit as well to backup all his computer data so that way he could have a backup copy of everything in case something happened to his computer that he used to make videos.
